Description of the apartment

Recently completed modern apartment only a five minute walk to the beach and a mere 10 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa centre. The apartment building is in the new and peaceful residential quarter named ‘Boquer’. This holiday home is on the ground floor and has a private terrace/garden. From the garden a few steps lead down to the swimming pool and sun terraces. The decor is sleek and modern with high quality materials. WiFi access, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a private parking spot make this apartment complete!

Surroundings of this holiday apartment

The apartment and the so-called Pine Walk, a promenade under the pine trees on the beach, are on the same level. Here is also one of the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, at a distance that you can walk in 5 minutes. Past the Marina is another vast sandy beach. Within 10 minutes on foot you’ll have reached Puerto Pollensa Centre with its many terraces, restaurants and bars. The location lends itself for trips to Cape Formentor, the northernmost point of Mallorca. Cala San Vicente beaches are accessible in approx. 15 minutes by car. And the Tramuntana Mountain Range and Pollensa are not to be missed, of course.

All rooms are on one floor: entrance; living room with open kitchen; one bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite with tub/shower, washbasin, toilet and with access to the terrace/garden through a sliding door; 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds each, adjoining a balcony; bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
