Description of this holiday home in Mallorca

Villa la Llopa is located just 2 kilometers from Pollensa and offers beautiful views of the hills and mountains. Tip: rent some bicycles in Pollensa and leave the car behind to discover the landscape and the coast in a peaceful way. Via the driveway with fruit trees you reach the large parking lot. A few steps in the garden lead to the attached part of the villa. This building, separate from the villa, consists of two separate parts, each with bedroom, en-suite bathroom and sitting area. Between these two rooms is a door that can be locked. Via a few steps you enter the living room of the villa with a beautiful view of the landscape. There is also a kitchen that can be closed off if desired, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the beautiful garden is the swimming pool, a sauna and a table tennis table.

Surroundings of this holiday home

The town of Pollensa, where there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops, is 2km away. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The distance to the airport and the beautiful city of Palma de Mallorca is approximately 1 hour. Excellent location for trips to the Tramuntana Mountains.

• In high season only for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
• Ideal for holidays with more than 1 family.
• Distance to Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) approximately one hour.
