The living room has comfortable furniture, TV, free WiFi internet connection. The dining room has patio doors leading to the pool and sun terraces. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, breakfast bar and side door to terrace. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.
On the first floor is the impressive double bedroom with dressing area, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath. There is a side door to the upper sun terrace with mountain views. An additional twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower completes the upper floor.
The crystal clear pool has comfortably furnished sun terraces with sunbeds. There is also a covered terrace by the pool with barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining. This part of the garden also provides welcome shade in the hot summers.
Surroundings of Villa Vicente
Your holiday home is located on the edge of the village, in a beautiful green residential area. Distance to the turquoise coves of Cala San Vicente is one kilometer, on the way to the beach you will pass several restaurants and bars. You can reach Palma de Mallorca in an hour by car. Pollensa is a 10-minute drive away and Alcudia can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

• Persons aged 16 and over pay 2.20 euros (+10% VAT) ecotax per day.
