This comfortable holiday villa for the whole family is very modern, elegant and recently renovated, with the added benefit of free air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The Mediterranean decor is light, fresh and bright, a natural, summery, cooling atmosphere, the house has wooden floors throughout.

The main entrance opens into the living room with comfortable sofas, satellite plasma TV, free Wi-Fi and double doors leading to the garden and pool.
The open plan, modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and has an island, electric hob, sink, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The open plan dining room with patio doors has direct access to the garden terrace and pool.
A few steps lead to the entrance hall with three very pleasantly furnished bedrooms with two single beds, all with fitted wardrobes. Two of these bedrooms have French doors to a shaded terrace leading to the rear of the villa. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers complete the interior of the house.
Outside there is an artificial lawn for children to play on, a swimming pool (3 x 2.5 meters - depth: 1.3 metres) with comfortable sun loungers, a gas BBQ and a superbly furnished covered dining area for delicious alfresco meals. This is a lovely family home, ideal for an unforgettable holiday.

Villa Planas is a perfectly located property in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of Cala San Vicente, and a short walk from the beautiful sandy coves, waterfront restaurants and shops. This is an ideal location with all amenities a short walk away. There are some lovely walks to make the local hills and mountains.
