Attractively priced and very beautiful!! Still available for many weeks. We invite you to come and enjoy all that Casa Escondida has to offer: great nature, lovely village, not far from sea, close to Granada and much more. It’s set on the outskirts of the village of Albuñuelas. From the terraces at the house you immediately overlook the fantastic landscape around the village. It’s absolutely wonderful to admire the sunset from the upper terrace, but it’s also a great place for a sunbath. The lower terrace is ideal to have an outdoor meal and to retreat into the shade. In a corner of the garden you’ll find a small 2-seat plunge pool of approx. 2x2m. A great place to chill out.
Casa Escondida has been wonderfully renovated by its Dutch owners. The house is fully equipped and very homely. On a cooler day you’ll love to sit by the wood burning stove. The house is freestanding with entirely unobstructed views. No traffic can get near the house and in the morning it’s a joy to hear the sound of mules on their way to the vegetable gardens with their attendant.
It’s only a few minute walk to the bars and shops in the village. Albuñuelas is situated in the Valle de Lecrin, the region between Granada and the coast. There are many great hiking trails in the surroundings. The long-distance trail, the GR7, passes Casa Lecrin on leads further into the valley.

Albuñuelsa is set in the Valle de Lecrin, a beautiful valley with a number of authentic Andalusian villages. The villages are surrounded by a fantastic terraced landscape with orange trees, fig trees, almond trees, olive trees etc. At a higher altitude the landscape is more rugged with occasional views of the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada. The village (1300 inhabitants) is in quite a central location; a 30 minute drive will take you from Albuñuelas to the coast, in the wonderful city of Granada and to the first few villages of the Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada.
Ground floor: Living area with seats by the wood burning stove and dining table. Well equipped, open kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
First floor: Bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. Access to upper terrace.
• It’s possible to park close to the house, but it’d be best to use the parking lot at the top of the village and walk to the house in 5 minutes.
• Price is excluding € 40,- cleaning fee.
