Casa Limón (lemon tree) is a lovely village house with plunge pool in the Andalusian village of Rute, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The house is over 100 years old and is built with locally found stones and rocks and decorated in Andalusian style. The holiday home is small but very complete and extremely cozy. In the summer months the air conditioning unit in the bedroom helps you sleep. Through the front door you enter the living room with a comfortable sofa, chairs and a small dining area. A few steps and a narrow hallway lead to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the landing with desk, chair and cupboard. In addition, the bedroom with high beamed ceiling, a double bed and air conditioning with remote control. Adjacent the spacious bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and sink. The backyard has 2 levels, a separate space with a cozy seating area - delicious breakfast under the vines - and a sun terrace with sun loungers and a plunge pool of 2 by 2 meters. Lovely to cool off here during hot summer days. Thanks to the walls around the garden, this area is completely private.
The street has been refurbished with new pavements, orange and lemon trees form sheltered areas where you can sit in the shade in the evening. The neighbors exchange the village news with passers-by, do not be surprised if one of the neighbors is sitting on her doorstep when you arrive. The shepherd regularly passes by towards the nature park. From the lovely garden you will occasionally hear a donkey braying from the nearby shelter. Rute is still a real Spanish village, centrally located in the heart of Andalusia, where the shutters of all houses close at 2 pm for lunch and siesta.

Sierra Subbetica Natural Park is 100 meters away on foot. The town of Rute, surrounded by olive trees, is located between the Sierra Subbética Natural Park and Lake Iznájar. Experience village life in the real Andalusia. In Rute you will find beautiful parks, quiet squares, shops, tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and a Saturday market. The "Museo del Jamón" is nearby and is known for its Serrano ham and Chorizo. The Anise Museum is also worth a visit. Málaga and Granada are 1 hour's drive away. Córdoba and Seville can be reached within 1.5 hours.

- For any 3rd person there's a futon in a corner on the first floor, but there's no separate bedroom.
