Casa Azzurah is beautifully located within the ancient Moorish fortress, north in the village of Medina Sidonia. In front of the house is a lovely town garden.
The entire complex has been newly built with charming traditional features and yet in a sleek and modern style. You enter Casa Azzurah via the patio that gives access to the various accommodations. The sober appearance of the front façade is no indication of the luxury hidden behind the thick walls! We promise this holiday home will impress you, it is stunning and luxurious.
The absolute highlight is the swimming pool in the back garden; a unique feature for a village house in Andalusia! From the back garden you’ll overlook the ruins of the castle adjacent to the house and the cathedral. From the roof terrace you’ll have a splendid view over the town all the way to Cadiz and the Atlantic Ocean. On a clear day, you can even see all the way across to Morocco.
The villa consists of a main house with three bedrooms (accommodation for 6 people) and an adjoining apartment (for 4 people). With a reservation for 6 or less people, only the main house will be available.
Surroundings of Casa Azzurah
Medina Sidonia is a typical Spanish ‘white village’, not yet discovered by mass tourism. For this reason you’ll feel completely immersed in authentic Spainish life!
The village has shops, restaurants and cafés. In a 20 minute drive you’ll have reached the interesting town of Vejer de la Frontera, and after another 10 minutes by car you can be on the miles long beaches of Costa de la Luz.
Layout
Large living room (55m2), with children's play area and access to the garden and swimming pool. Modern, very well equipped kitchen (e.g. La Creuset cookware and Kenwood appliances).
One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin, toilet). A children's room with a changing table, baby cot, cot and a full-size bunk bed.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds or double bed and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
Third bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area. Downstairs a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), a sofa bed, baby cot, a baby bath with dressing area.
The fourth room is accessible via the patio and has its own bathroom with toilet.
When renting for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms are made available to you.

• Under-floor heating and cooling through a heat pump
• This holiday home is perfectly suited for 1 or 2 families with small children, everything you need for infants is available at the house
• Each room has its own thermostat
• Hundreds of dvd’s and cd’s are available to you via a network system
• Television set in the living room and in the television room
• Fencing around swimming pool as safety measure for small children
• When only the main house is rented out, the owner might occupy the apartment. The lay-out is such that you have full privacy in the house, garden and swimming pool.
• Seville Airport (SVQ) 1.5 hours drive, Málaga Airport (AGP) is 2 hours drive.
