From Villa Playa you can walk to the beach of Torrox Costa in 15 minutes. Ideal for beach lovers but also for hikers because beautiful walks can be made in the beautiful village of Frigiliana.
The house is located in a quiet urbanization at the end of a cul-de-sac. The villa is spacious and each room has its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an extra bunk bed so that the house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. Torrox Costa has a wonderful climate, so this villa is suitable for every season. There is air conditioning (cold or warm) in every room so ideal during the hot summer months and during the cooler months the air conditioning provides warmth.
From the sun terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea.
Surroundings
You can reach the beach within 5 minutes by car. There are several bars and restaurants on the boulevard. Visit the nice market in Torrox on Mondays. Málaga is 42 km away. from Torrox Costa. The nice village of Nerja can be reached in about 10 minutes. A little further inland is Frigiliana.
Layout
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen. Toilet. Through the living room you reach the garden with tropical plants, barbecue and private pool.
First floor: 2 en-suite bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to the sun terrace.
Lower floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom. Extra bunk bed (for children) available. Separate room with washing machine and dryer. Storage room with outdoor furniture and cleaning supplies.
Remarks
• Excluding cleaning costs of € 80, to be paid on the spot.
• Exclusive use of air conditioning, costs € 50 per week.
• You pay a € 250 deposit upon arrival. The owner will transfer the money back to your account after you leave.
