Description of your holiday home in Andalusia
This detached finca is located in the middle of nature and on the edge of the attractive white village of Ojén. The holiday home was renovated with great taste in 2020 and therefore has a lovely, modern interior. From the house you can make beautiful walks through the hilly surroundings and for groceries, lovely restaurants, bars with fantastic tapas the village is only a few minutes away. Within 15 minutes by car you are at the beach or in the fashionable beach town of Marbella, which also has a beautiful, old center. Thanks to its location at the foot of the Sierra Blanca, this region has a mild and sunny climate. Despite the many possibilities in the vicinity, it is also lovely to stay in and around the finca itself. There are several terraces and in the summer there is plenty of shade. The long dining table invites you to cook extensively and dine al fresco until late in the evening. The small swimming pool offers coolness during hot Spanish summer days. Hotel service is available at Finca Santa Ana.
When you stay at Finca Santa Ana, you can contact hotel La Posada del Angel, located in the village center, with questions about the finca, for information about the neighborhood, restaurant tips, etc. You are also invited to use (for free from April 1 to the end of November) the heated and covered hotel swimming pool. If desired, you can also have breakfast on the hotel's patio. Tip: Three times a week Alex cooks temporary Spanish cuisine at the hotel.
Surroundings Finca Santa Ana
The finca is located on the edge of the village of Ojén and yet in the middle of nature. The Plaza Andaluz, an 8-minute walk from finca Santa Ana, is the centerpiece of this white Andalusian village. There, when the sun is going down, the tapas are eaten, the Spanish children play around the fountain, the fino is tasted and plans are made for the next day. Various bars and restaurants can be found around the village square with good food and friendly service. On the route to the village square you will pass various shops to get daily groceries. Marbella and its beaches are 15 minutes away by car. Málaga can be reached within an hour and Granada (190 km) also is a nice destination for a day trip.
Floor plan
Spacious kitchen with all appliances, including a large fridge with chilled filtered water, dishwasher and washing machine. The long dining table offers enough space for a group of up to 8 people. A living room with air conditioning/heating, a smart TV with many international channels, and the possibility of streaming. The spacious sofa can be transformed into a 1.60 wide bed in an instant. Suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom which is primarily intended for bedroom number 3: the garden room. This room is located on the other side of the terrace in its own ' little house'. Equipped with a sink, its own smart TV and Wifi amplifier, this room also has air conditioning. The lower floor of the house provides two spacious bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. Since the rear of the house is a bit lower, these rooms have windows and/or a door that overlook or gives access to the rear terrace. The finca is enclosed by gates so that children and any pets can remain within sight. Parking is done next to the house.

- The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children (2 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with bunk beds and a sofa bed).
